Monday - Dane's Lower Body Fusion + 2 Miles (done)
Tuesday - Rest or Yoga
Wednesday - Dane's Core Fusion + 2 miles
Thursday - Dane's Lower Body Fusion +2 Miles
Friday - Dane's Upper Body Fusion
Saturday - 4-5 mile Run Town Lake
Sunday - Yoga
