Thanks for all your encouraging comments! I'm glad you are enjoying your watch, and I like you have no idea if I'm using it correctly, but it works enough!!! I am shocked that you have never run more than 6 miles...you are so fast! Did you grow up running track? I'm not sure if I've mentioned this yet or not, but I will be at the San Antonio Rock 'N Roll doing the half marathon also. Will this be your first half? I'm interested to know what your training will look like....give us a post about it!
